I you Need it , you can flow those steps below, Cell Phones How To:
1.Press and hold the Power key (end call key) until the device powers off.
2.Insert the SIM card into the device.
Press the release button for the battery cover.
Lift off the battery cover.
Remove the battery.
Remove or insert the SIM card into the holder with the metal contacts facing down.
Replace the battery so that the gold contacts match up.
Slide the battery cover into the notches, then push down so that it clicks into place.
3.Once the device automatically powers on, scroll to and select the Address Book icon (to select, press the trackball in).
4.Scroll to and select the contact to be copied to the SIM.
5.Scroll to the desired phone number to be copied to the SIM.
NOTE: Contacts with multiple numbers have to be copied individually.
6.Press the Menu key, then select Copy to SIM Phone Book.
NOTE: It is not possible to copy the entire Address Book to the SIM Phone Book all at once. Contacts on the handheld must be copied to the SIM individually.
7.Verify the name and the phone number are correct.
8.Press the Menu key, then select Save.
9.Press and hold the Power key (end call key) until the device powers off.
10.Remove SIM by following step 1 above.
11.Proceed to next tab.
